On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-guide and transferred to your Nairobi hotel. After check-in, enjoy a briefing about your upcoming safari adventure. Overnight stay in Nairobi on bed and breakfast basis.
After an early breakfast, drive north to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, arriving at Sweetwaters Serena Camp in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in this sanctuary, home to the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa, the Big Five, and a chimpanzee sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Depart after breakfast, with a brief stop at the scenic 74-metre Thompson Falls. Continue to Lake Nakuru National Park, checking into your lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drive reveals thriving black and white rhinos, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes, and, when water levels allow, spectacular flocks of flamingos. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
After breakfast, head south to the Maasai Mara, Kenya’s most famous reserve. Arrive at a luxury camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the sweeping savannah. Dinner and overnight at your camp.
Spend the entire day exploring the Maasai Mara on thrilling game drives. With picnic lunch in the park (or return for hot lunch at camp), you’ll track lions, leopards, elephants, and herds of wildebeest and zebra. Between July and September, witness the awe-inspiring wildebeest migration. Optional cultural visit to a Maasai village at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
After breakfast, check out and return by road to Nairobi (or opt for a one-hour flight to Wilson Airport at extra cost). If time permits, enjoy lunch before being transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight.
